Time wasters in my opinion are created from any or all of the following, bad upbringing, bad education, bad personality, bad attitude. Anyone that says differently is a liar in my opinion because there is no need for time wasting.

What can I say?..They are annoying. And the older you get the more annoying they get.

Worse are when you are selling a property, they have no intention to buy only to nose.
We had one that when selling the kennels went right up to exchange of contract then backed out. Found out afterwards he could not even come up with the down payment let alone get a mortgage. We lost out on another potential buyer because of him.

Anyone intending to buy should by law made put down a 10% deposit non returnable if they back out at any time

OHH in the 5 moves we have made the times wasters I could count on all my digits Estate agents don't help by making not sure they have to wherewithall to complete the purchase first

I've had 3 within a week. I'm selling a large multiphoto frame and I've had loads of enquiries, 3 people have said they are coming for it and none of them have turned up!
