Sure makes me think. A good diet and exercise is obviously the name of the game.

That might be you one day Mark if you stick at it .
I think consistency and a healthy diet is the key, and yes you have to maintain regular exercise to keep muscles in good order.

I've just come in from a 6 mile run with the club. I feel like I'm 104 at this moment in time.
