The Visigrad Group have refused point blank to take Merkels unwanted migrants

Schengen was designed for legitimate residents within the EU to travel within the EU.

We are not in Scengen, we have the advantage of being an Island and even with that our Border Controls are minimal.

The problem is not just Schengen (showing your passport) but the EU freedom of movement.

Schengen was/is for EU citizens only, not for every Tom, Dick and Ahmed who are invited in and then allowed to go wherever they want unchecked. They should have displayed a passport on entry into Europe, no passport, no entry.
