Thank you for that Azz. Just as a point of interest, the major property buyers here these days appear to be the Scandinavians. The last few months have also seen a big influx of Russians. We are a very mixed community here but during our 16 years here everyone has got along very well. Of course there has always been the odd one or two people who, for want of a better expression, think they are "superior" to other nationalities.Strangely enough these people don't appear to have any friends and complain that people don't like them !

HiThere are a number of other considerations which may need to be taken into account.
If we do go down a points based system, other Countries may do the same.
We Index link Pensions to EU Countries, It remains to be seen if this continues.
We have reciprocal tax arrangements with EU Countries, this may change.
