Based on these 2016 projections we have prepared for a hard brexit. I believe the UK is still thinking whether to start preparing?

Others disagree with that statement.

If we do not pay the matter will end up in International Court.

If we are found in default the costs will be far more than the £19 Billion we have agreed to pay as part of the Withdrawal Settlement.

You've just made that up.

There is no precedent for your claim and there is no legal ruling to back up your claim.

Hi

That is not our decision Bread.

That decision will be made by the International Courts, not by me, you or anyone else here in the UK.

We could of course decide just to ignore any decision of the International Courts, that however would destroy our Credit Rating.
