Hi

In reality she does not have the power to accept anything.

She is a spent force.

Yes - better that parliament take the whole thing over, as would have happened a couple of weeks back if Yvette Cooper's / Hilary Benn's amendment had been passed by the HOC.

The people know what to do with Britain Solasch, over 27 million voted for it. It's the blind self serving Government that haven't got a clue!

Re: Theresa arrives in Brussels

So if she gets her deal through the HoC next week the EU will then let us stay till 22 May to sort ourselves out before leaving that day.
If she doesnt get it though our leaving date will be 12 April

She has said she doesnt have a plan B so how can she alter her deal apart from bribing the DUP again, and doing back hand deals with MPs to bribe them to change their mind.
She seems unable to accept that MPs dont like her deal but doesnt appear to want to change it.
If Bercow sticks to his guns she shouldnt be able to bring her deal back without substantial changes.

Re: Theresa arrives in Brussels

If her deal is as awful as everyone says it is, then why would it stand any chance of getting through a third time?

Does she have to run it past Bercow before being allowed to put it up to vote?

What if he says No?

Yes I absolutely agree, she should not be allowed to bring her crappy deal back to parliament to be voted on. According to Reuters, she herself only gives it a 5% chance of getting through anyway.

She has to go...... its cringeworthy listening to her talk about her "deal" and how it delivers on Brexit, while all the time, she is lying through her back teeth.

Re: Theresa arrives in Brussels

She just doesnt seem to comprehend that her deal has been voted out twice.
Has she been told by the EU that this deal must go through as its works best for them. Apparently some are saying she wants the deal accepted so it unites the tory party but if its not accepted how can it unite the party.
Is she putting party politics before the country?

If the tories vote in favour of the deal, they will be divided again on the 13th April.

I don't think the 12 April extension helps at all, we should just leave with no deal on 29 March instead of delaying the same situation by 2 weeks. All May is doing is allowing Parliament to frustrate Brexit for another 2 weeks.

It really is an appalling state of affairs.

Took me a long time to twig that her determination and obstinacy is because she's on the autistic spectrum and therefore has tunnel vision and lack of imagination...
