Re: Nigel Farage

Nigel has always been influential, simply because of his unique position.

Yes but he has thrown that away ...
...he should have stayed on a leader until we are out.

He is not in a position to influence much now so late in the negotiations.
Think May is between a rock and a hard place.

But that is because she has to play politics over a clear cut decision.

The people have spoken SO she should have invited the likes of Nigel and others into the talks and not just relied on her Ministers over this massive important move.

He believed that he'd done enough, is only returning to make sure article 50 is not delayed. He has been campaigning for UK to leave EU longer than anyone, and is consistent with his views.

Quite so Galty and the likes of Daniel Hannan. I think May has tried to do her best as far as anyone who voted remain can but she doesn't have that 'fire in her belly' to get us out and there are too many vote Remain people around her .

I agree Cinderella but having come so far if I had been Farage I wouldn't have wanted to take my foot off the peddle until the job was done. He must have known there would be chaos with so many vote Remain MP's in parliament and intransigent EU negotiators out to thwart our departure any way they can.

He called the shots last time and will do so again. Not being an elected MP gives him a free hand.

Can’t help but be appalled by the amount of Farage supporters on here! The man is a joke and dangerous. Send him up here to fight a Scottish constituency and see what happens. Just shows just how far apart we are politically.
