Re: ELO at Glastonbury

Never been very keen, myself.
I like to watch the artists that are still around, decades later.
Like previous years, Blondie and Lionel Richie etc.

Nit your flash in the pan types of today.

Like last week, I watched Duran Duran performing at The Eden Valley Project.

Love nostalgia.

I find something sexy about a pretty woman playing a violin.

Nothing to do with her dress being cut from shoulder to naval and ankle to waist...honest.

Some nice looking female cellists too - not that I'd noticed of course I was too busy watching the set. Very good it was too and can still show some of these younger groups a thing or two.

ZZ Top turned in a pretty good set of dirty Texas boogie, but the highlights, for me, have been Wolf Alice and Daughter. Both new bands that I stumbled upon back in 2013, the furious and the ethereal.

Magical, blown away cannot believe that they still have that magic.
Had me singing along and rocking around doing my chair dancing.

I have come to the conclusion I need a bigger tv screen..

First time I have looked in on Glastonbury and it may not be the last if all the groups are like ELO.
