Good morning Alan and allRe: Happy Monday Folk.
Has Mr Keel once sang "Oh what a beautiful morning" kept awake most of the night by Bonnie my JR she couldn't understand the noise with the workmen working to sort out the railway lines so she kept nuzzling me. Spent 15mins on my nebuliser to sort out my breathing and clear my lungs. Anyways finally out at 6.30am to orange skies and after walking over the lakes and breathing in all this lovely fresh air came home but the traffic is all snarled up thanks to the railway men closing off the cross over so the traffic is a little chaotic around Pitsea at present.Sat down to have my bacon salad sarnies and just realised that the bacon is still in the microwave so I am now having salad sarnies for breakfast..Re: Happy Monday Folk.

Good morning all.Re: Happy Monday Folk.
I decided, as I was up early, to go out for my fasting blood test. Got there just after 8, only 4 in front, waiting outside, but I had my iPod to watch a video on. Doors opened to let us all in at 8.40, I went in at 9.30. Now enjoying a late breakfast (first coffee with first tablets already guzzled!)
