We watch BBC Breakfast 6-8 in the morning ... breakfast in bed.

Sometimes Escape to the country (in bed again) at 3.00pm

6.00pm BBC News then 6.30 London News.

We might retire to the sitting room for Eastender, Master chef or something.

And that's about it.

Ms d00d watches late night stuff in bed when I'm sleeping.

At the weekend, I’ll turn on the tv when we get up, and either watch the news or one of the shopping channels, when I get home from work I put the tv on and see if I can find an old film to watch, around 7ish, I go on the PlayStation for an hour or so..

First thing in the morning at 6am downstairs in the Kitchen for about 1 hr. then switched off, again probably when i'm cooking lunch will have it on, then again at 3pm as we normally watch a film then, then at 7pm.

I don't do PlayStation ...

But I spend many hours on internet forums ... currently ...

Monday to Friday, the television goes on at 5.00 p.m and goes off at bedtime (around 11.30 p.m). I'm not always looking at it but it is on.

I use the bedroom TV as a radio as well. I don't know if that counts or not. When I wake up after only a few hours sleep, listening to LBC on channel 732 can often make me nod off again.

The TV might be used more than that at weekends.
