Re: Tea Or Dinner?

Oh a whole new can of fish now (or kettle of worms?). Crumpets are for breakfast.
Beer though, is anytime. Some of the lads I work with have a couple of beers when they get home after the night shift. I think that's just desperate tbh.

No crumpet today unfortunately, but I can't complain. Gosh the things you blokes get up to. Onslow called it Bacon.

Lunch and tea.
I don't very often have lunch though, I'm not hungry midday.

We're either "going round to whoever's" for dinner or for tea at midday and early evening respectively.

Lunch around mid day to 1.00pm which we call dinnertime and a cooked meal around 5 - 6.00pm which we call teatime

Never have supper.

Re: Tea Or Dinner?

When I lived in the East End (all gawd blimey) it was breakfast dinner then tea. Nowadays it's breakfast, lunch and dinner. I don't do 'supper'.

This might seem weird but for some reason I hate the words breakfast and lunch. No idea why.

Use a chocolate digestive - a lot better.

Now then, time for me tea. A bit of cold roast pork with new potates (skins left on) methinks.
