Where did your given name come from?

Were you named after a relative or a famous person? I was after my Mum's brother Dennis.

Flaming Julie Andrews she was popular when I was born also my mum was keen on Julie London at the time too so I was pretty certain to be a Julie.

I was nearly called Howard, my Mum's choice but my Dad over-ruled it to Richard after Richard Burton.
