Thankfully the importance and extreme urgency of taking action to do what older people can't, won't, or just don't understand let alone take action on is not falling on deaf ears in the younger generation especially those of her age group who recognise the greatest problem the whole world faces and will, just as the case of the huge debts we are leaving them to pay because of our selfish lifestyle, have to try to solve the astronomical environmental damage WE are leaving them with.
Future generations will not look favourably on what we are doing today especially as we continue to do it IN SPITE of being told how terrible it is.

I don't know how many times I need to explain this, but why are we regarding ourselves as the world's major polluter?
China, India, America, Germany and many others pollute far more than we do. Why is it all our fault?
In addition to that, there has always been climate change which is beyond human control. Whose fault was the Ice Age? Whose fault was the recession of the ice and global warming all those many centuries ago?
No. Greta, Extinction Rebellion and all the others cut no ice with me. Let them complain 'til they're blue in the face.
Let's have more electric cars and find ourselves with regular power cuts to compensate for the additional use of electricity!
