Just had an Email from the National Lottery saying spending limits are to be imposed. That's all well and good online, but what about at a terminal in a shop. Nipped into my local shop for a Tinny at 7.00pm last night, and the three people in front of me in the queue spent collectively £32.00 at the terminal, are these Emails just lip service?
