But why duvet covers?
I don't understand the ones with designer logos on either. Who sees them?
Are they trying to impress the window cleaner?

I also don't get why folk shop in Waitrose when the same things they buy are much cheaper across the road in Tesco?
Why?

Must admit to having a double-sided duvet cover. It's got a chequered design on one side and a Christmas scene of a reindeer on the other.

It's my `winter` duvet cover as it's quite thick and very warm. I don't show the Christmas side no matter what time of year.

I don't shop in Waitrose or Tesco either, better quality and value is found at other supermarkets.
Perhaps though this You Tube video explains about shopping in Waitrose:

I went to Waitrose earlier today and made a point of looking across the road - there definitely isn't a Tesco, just some houses and a lamp post.

Too right!

A dog is not just for Christmas. Carved correctly there'll be enough to see one to the New Year.

A lot do it because they are snobs & Waitrose is supposed to be the best.

Re: I don't "get" it!

Christmas bedding might be nice for the guest bedroom at Christmas. But otherwise it is a waste unless it's a generic design. I have some that was on sale post Christmas but is just a wintery theme.
