A Tree

I was sitting under a tree yesterday and I got to thinking, does this tree know I am here sitting beside it ? Does it have a conscious ? Its a strong possibility, since its alive. It grows and surely in its own way, it feels and yes, it breathes too. So then, can or does a tree try to communicate its feelings to us ? You won't know unless you open yourself upto a tree. Below are a few pictures of trees that I have found along the way. I think they are trying to send me a message. Not sure what that message might be. I will let you decide...

Re: A Tree

Somes trees are quite magical and mystical. They have lived long and have much to tell us. Are we brave enough to go inside ?

I admire a man who enjoys sharing his life with nature

Here in my city Banyan trees are very common. Their roots fall down from the limbs and it allows them to regenerate and live long lives.

Native Americans tell of a tale of a magician who was cast into a Banyan tree to live out his life inside the tree

I'm too shy to show off most of my work. Owning excellent bonsai is great, but my passion is designing and creating them myself.

Re: A Tree

I love trees - this is my poem
'Tree Hollow'

I am drawn to this tree - as it is to me
Its leaves enclose me - I feel safe
Its boughs embrace me - I feel loved
And there is a hollow where I sit and ponder
My tree of wonder ............
