Wat about those doing community service sticking parking tickets on illegally parked cars. No cost to the public and a great service

What about dogs paws for a start, and people wearing sandals!

We have this parking problem too in our village. Even on the main road, which is wide enough to park on without impeding other traffic some still park on the pavement. I saw a young woman with a double buggy and a toddler in tow having to walk on the road to get past a builder's van - I spoke to the owner of the van and he said he hadn't realised - but he still parked on the pavement the next day!
