What fantastic action shots, Realspeed!

I love number 5 - what breed of dog is he/she?

Re: Dogs in action

What is the reason for the muzzles on a couple of them please?

I like the second one, and the two little terriers.

Great shots RS
They demonstrate the shear joy of dogs when they
participate in something with humans
Mans best freinds indeed!

Mups

they are muzzed not only under race rule but if the get over excited they could nip other racing with them. If from the same family then no need for the muzzles they live together anyway

PD
yes they are all taken by myself, we used to have Afghan hounds for over 40 years and took them racing (for fun) and for the exercise in a controlled area.

we had the only racing Doberman as well and he loved it. Daft Bugger

Thanks RS.
I thought they might do that while they are all in the spirit of the race.

What is making them run?
Do they have an electric hare like greyhound racers?
Or is the owner calling them?
