As Nicola has said, the Scots did not vote to leave, so it was pretty obvious he wasn't going to receive a warm welcome to thunderous applause for his visit. (would love to have been a fly on the wall listening to the Nicola/Boris conversation behind closed doors).

I know BJ said it was "eminently feasible" that We would leave the EU on the 31st of October...make of that what You will..after all..He never lies...does He!!....I'll be celebrating Halloween as usual so no need to put it in My diary.
