That's beautiful, Azure.

I grow mine in a pot so it was safe from my cats a few years ago.

Wow-you're lucky! ours have only a handful of flowers. They are in pots and maybe not the best position, but smell amazing. Oleanders are so fussy about position.

Mine was in a pot but did not thrive
It really bosomed in the garden.

I had two in pots but no flowers.
Both replanted in the garden, one thrived and grew and the the other one did not.

You took a risk and lost on one, but this one in the photo is amazing.

I've noticed looking at neighbouring properties that they seem to thrive in front gardens. Mine are in the back maybe less sheltered? I'm inspired so will take the plunge in Spring and move one out of the pot to the front garden. Fingers crossed!
