I chanced across this completely unintended, I don't have Freeview but some on here who have may find this website useful.
"Changes are being made to the way some channels are broadcast on Freeview. You may need to retune your TV equipment to continue watching programmes when these take place in your area."
"The changes to Freeview TV signals began in Scotland in July 2017 and will continue across different areas of the UK until 2020."
I had a message about this happening but I retuned my TV and everything is unchanged.
My wife watches Freeview all the time but it bores me to tears. Stuff like Border Control, buy a house in Australia or whatever all that nonsense is.
I disappear into my cave and watch proper stuff.
They often rearrange the channel numbers in our area (Hannington transmitter).
... same here in London. Well, I think it's happened about 3 times in 10 years. And it seems to have something to do with age of TV. We have two and not all the channels are found on the same numbers all the time. If I remember correctly BBC News went from C80 to C231 on one telly about a year before the other in the next room.

I like to watch it Floydy, but I've got a thing for Nikki Chapman...
