The sun is up and dry outside.

Off out at 8am to Ipswich, then do my weekly shopping.

Dare I say I'm going Christmas shopping today....have to be organised this year because of family health issues....I m reasonably sorted with kids presents...but I find adults are difficult to buy for.....oh well wish me luck

Good morning everybody.

It's my grandson Jason's birthday today. His mum & dad are on their hols in Portugal so Tony & I are taking him out for a meal tonight with his brother Charlie. My other daughter Karen & her hubby are coming too. Jason has cerebal palsy & uses a wheelchair so he can't get about much in the usual manner.

First though I'm meeting my friend Chris for our usual Weds walk. We plan on a local walk today - maybe the local country park & lunch at the garden centre there.

Good luck with your Christmas shopping summer.
I succumbed to the easiest option last year & bought a lot of the young adults in my family Amazon Vouchers for Christmas.

Good morning from ‘out in the rural sticks’ to you all.

Cold here, frost again. A cold start but then forecast to be dry with sunshine. Maximum daytime temperature 12ºC.

The car badly needs a clean, if the day warms up, other than that it’s a ‘please myself’ day!

Catching up with household chores this morning and then off to the Opticians - boo, hiss, growl - I loathe having my eyes tested.

Good morning everyone a bit belated I know I was in such a hurry to hang the towels out I forgot to post .

I bought an outdoor thermometer online and it arrived this morning and it is huge I have been busy screwing it to a piece of wood and citing it in the garden where I can read it without going outside.

The afternoon will be dedicated to the ironing once Chloe has had her walk.
