I bought a second hand one a few months ago (was going to Steampunk it) I thought it would be handy to get around bootsales etc. Got it home then realized I couldn't get it up and down the steps to the front gate and you need to be a weight-lifter to take the battery out (couldn't even lift it!) So I sold it to a lady who just picked it up & took it away!

HI I'm new here but no mobility drivers don't have to have insurance . There was a TV show on about just that a few weeks ago.

Buggies powered by steampunk - there's me thinking they were battery driven! There were some steampunks in Lincoln recently - I thought they were morris dancers....
