Seriously just shower everyday and use deodorant, and wash clothes regularly.

It all sounds a bit snake oil salesman to me. Suddenly old people have a special smell which magically can only be cured by their special, expensive persimmon extract soaps and body lotions? I smell a rat, or perhaps it’s an old person.

At the commencement of the cold weather my wife, nurse Gillian rubs my body whilst greasing me up with goose fat, which she then sews up, encasing me in thick muslin for the duration. That pongs a bit by April.

Did you know that statistically, we are never more than 10 ft away from a rat .

Ha! they actually did that didn't they and I read the other day that some ladies used to have a sweet little locket hanging from her waist, it contained a dead little animal which was supposed to attract the fleas on her body..... she must have smelled divine
