Thank you for that elaboration on the vent. I was trying to figure it out. Unlike today's engineering, they at least made some effort to make the structure interesting with the obelisk shape.

Of all the years I visited the US, I only ever saw sheep once. Lamb was extremely difficult to buy yet is so much tastier than beef.
When it was served you would be asked, how do you want it cooked. That's something that is never asked over here. Lamb is always cooked until it is tender, juicy, and brown all the way through.
