Potato Wedges?

What are they all about?

There just posh chips, but I suppose 'Chips' are a bit working class for all the snowflake university graduates....

I've always called them chips and I'm not going to change now.

They're bigger than chips Foxy and usually coated in spicey stuff, very nice

Our local chippy used to make fritters on a sunday night, it ended up the busiest night of the week for him. Love fritters still.
