I have found Benylin Mucous the one which helps me . So if you're going to try another one that's the one to try .

Hope you get some sleep tonight . It's completely rubbish not sleeping especially when you're not well .

Thanks Abbey ... I'll certainly give it a try ... I can't believe how much I've spent on all the stuff I've been taking !!!! I've used two bottles of Ribena @ £2.79 a bottle for starters

Hello all.
That cough is sure hanging on Myrtle. Not nice.
I've been lucky and not had one for years (probably cos I'm not around a lot of people), but when I did get one I did the old towel over a steaming bowl of water trick. I also put eucalyptus oil in the water.
It didn't cure the cough, but it helped loosen up all the guck.
Hope you feel better soon.

Cold here...still waiting for it to warm up just a wee bit more before heading out with the old darlings (our pups!).

Ah, you gotta complain about the weather cos it doesn't do what we want it to most of the time. It's worse than a bratty kid!
I really shouldn't be complaining either. At this time of the year we normally have a couple of feet of snow on the ground by now.
The hills around us have lots, but we've not got any down here in the valley yet.
Now watch, I've probably jinxed it!
