What Is One Thing You Must Have Every Single Day?

I am not talking about food or water. The one thing I must have every single day is my coffee in the morning. It is a Must have, one of the things I can never run out of, oh and also must have my real cream to put in my coffee.

It's not a must as such, but I like to have a chat with my best friend every morning on skype. A good start for the day.
