Squishing coconut oil between my teeth every morning for at least 10 mins first thing.
Makes my teeth white and keeps mouth infections down.
I suffer through dry mouth just in case you were wondering.
Then a well needed cuppa tea which I share with my dog.

Just caught up with this thread. Contact with the man I love. Other than the obvious, air, water, etc. My man's just said the same thing.

A cup of coffee brought by my husband in the morning. I set the filter coffee to brew and he gets up and pours it into a cup to bring to me. Many of you know Keith has MND so while he can do this I know he is feeling ok.
