Being from Yorkshire I have to have my cuppa Tea first thing in the morning otherwise I cannot cope with the day. My first teapot of tea always has a spoonful of honey in it then the other 9 a day don't.
I also like cheese and make a cheese toastie for my brekkie but sometimes have two boiled eggs and toast instead.
I know you said no food but what else is there

Mine is a shower, a cup of tea and then I can start doing everything that needs doing, which is usually running around after the cat (she has me well trained) then my husband gets in from work (he works nights) and we have a chat then get ready for work.
