First thing in the morning

What's the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning? I switch on my Hudl, read the news, then have a quick bit of social networking

Put the kettle on, then it depends what mood I'm in.

Get dressed, comb what bit of hair I've got left then make a cuppa. After that I pick up my laptop and say my good mornings.

Usually - Feed the cats, have a glass of water and go for a long walk - 2 or 3 miles. Sometimes along the river side, sometimes through woodland, depending on the weather and my mood. It wakes up the brain and my appetite !!

Yawn then think to myself " I made it through the night again" Actually that was a lie. Yes I yawn then I make a coffee, quickly followed by the first of three dog walks in the woods.

Pint mug of Black coffee, switch on the radio (LBC), then on to the internet to read the papers, and check through my sites.

... Wake up, a good stretch taking care I don't put my back out, lie quiet for a while trying to work out what day it is
