Rumpy Pumpy

How much is Rumpy Pumpy (especially among the young) prolonging this Virus? Should the young be offered a financial incentive to abstain (bit like the bike scheme) for say six months or so?

Re: Rumpy Pumpy

Unless the 2 people live in the same house they would already be breaking the rules on social distancing by being so close together, so why should the rules be changed?

Of course the government could offer 2 metre extentions to the men concerned to avoid a few midwives becoming redundant next spring!

And how would they prove abstention?
They could, of course fit all unmarried ladies with a chastity belt, that can only be removed when the pandemic is beaten. That would do nothing to assist the unemployed midwives though!

Re: Rumpy Pumpy

I don't think there'll be many unemployed midwives from about December onwards
