Not at all. As I explained earlier, 'B' indicates 'Blue blood'.

I'm sure that all the royals are blood group 'B'.

'B' doesn't necessarily denote or stand for 'Blue'. I can think of at least one other word commencing with the letter 'B' for Mrs Windsor's brood.

I'm a rare blood group, 2% , and used to donate.
Some time ago the blood transfusion service wrote and said they didn't need my blood because AB+ can receive any blood
but it isn't used for other groups.
