Re: Tea or coffee?

I know that my mother has an allergic reaction with coffee - I never saw her drink a cup in my life. (She's 92 now and still drinking tea).

Re: Tea or coffee?

I did try coffee in Bulgaria, it was so strong!
I swear it made me hyper.
I have never moved so fast in my life after one cup. Then I got a thumping headache.

What made you try it, Sweetie, knowing that coffee gives you headaches?

Re: Tea or coffee?

I’m really a coffee drinker but with the hot weather I’m drinking more tea, but it has to be green tea.

Re: Tea or coffee?

Morning - chai
During the day - Iced tea with lemon or lime (when I'm not drinking water). Hot tea in the winter.
Evening - occasional cup of coffee

Makes perfect sense to me. Most probably helps you remember the days better, too.

A latté made in a Tassimo machine first thing when i get up to take two impatient, exuberant chihuahuas out into the garden for early morning 'bathroom' duties!

Yes Sweetie darlin' - because Bulgaria has a moslem population, they tend to serve (what is commonly called) Turkish coffee with the coffee grouts left in the bottom of the cup.
