Re: Rain at last

We had a heavy thunder storm earlier which has cleared the air, it’s much more comfortable now ....

Re: Rain at last

It's up here in the Yorkshire Pennines.

Drat. That means the lawns will start growing and need to be cut again.

Re: Rain at last

We've had a good bit of rain this morning and evening.

Plus lightening x 1 followed by the most horrendous clap of thunder. I swear the house shook. I was terrified and my heart really thumped waiting for the catastrophe to follow. Really un-nerved by it

Then about 15 mins later a smaller one.

That was it.

It's so humid and damp. The little bit of storm did absolutely nothing to clear the air.

Re: Rain at last

Its just rained a bit on my home from the gym, it didn't chuck it down but it rained enough for me to have my window wipers on. I'm hoping it chucks it down whilst I'm in bed tonight then the sun can shine again tomorrow
