Albert Finney has died at the age of 82.He was a fine actor in many films.R.I.P.

One of my favourites.
I enjoyed his acting more and more the older he grew...
Loved him in Erin Brokovitch, and more recently Skyfall, and he was brilliant as Churchill. R.I.P.

A great actor who trod his own path (he turned down "Lawrence of Arabia"), Albert Finney impressed me most in Tom Jones (1963), The Dresser (1983), Miller's Crossing (1990) and The Gathering Storm (2002) but his stage and screen presence was always singular and compelling.
