FAO Solasch

Look bud, this is the only way to get your attention
OldGreyFox has asked you a question that you haven't seen.
Okay buddy, it means you may somehow need to shoehorn your way out of this Brexit area for a minute, but it's only right that you are polite enough to go against your principles of being political-only and enter the thread. I understand that you may need to contact a supervisor to ask for a map around the forum to do so but here is the link:

Hope it works, Bob

My apologies to OGF. Thanks Floydy for directing me to it.
Of course I am very intetested in matters of environment. Especially when the protesters are pollutors.
But to be fair and open if I may. I think that greta thunberg should go to school, dig up her history book and read about the club of rome report (1972, limits to growth). When her parents were infants, we were already protesting against pollution and excessive use of petroleum for plastics production and use. She blames our generation, but when we needed calculators, we invented them. When we needed mobile phones, we invented them. When we needed emails, internet, we invented it. Until now I haven't seen a single thing invented by greta's generation.

It's a pity you only post on the brexit forum.

Thanks, It did Floydy....
But I wouldn't like anyone to think that they must answer any of my posts.
Solasch might still be a working man, and unlike me, who is retired with lots of time on my hands, has only got the time to focus on the Brexit threads.
But he has replied to my thread and I appreciate his response....

Quite right, Bob. I shouldn't have taken your name in vain. A slap on the wrist for me
It just bugs me that these people don't venture out of their little closet and go elsewhere on the site. Why don't they find a political website instead?

You might want to take a step back from the green side of this issue and understand why the farmers are protesting.

The lefty idiot De Groot is telling Dutch farmers to eliminate 50% of their livestock because of "environmental issues" around nitrogen emissions from farm animals.

It's no wonder Dutch farmers are up in arms - more misery inflicted on them for no reason by the lefty nutters getting on the bandwagon and listening to unqualified children like Great Thunberg.

Does the idiot De Groot realise that 78% of our atmosphere contains nitrogen ?
