Good Morning from Foxy's world......

Been and done my early morning five, I don't think the Iron supplement is working....
The run resembled a damp firework.....I lit the blue touch paper and loads of fizz and smoke, as I bounded (yes bounded) down the street I had visions of the biggest, brightest firework I've ever seen.....Or the best run of the year.....And then it fizzled out and dropped on the floor....
Made it home okay though.....

Some pilchard ran into the back of my daughters motor yesterday at the roundabout....Nobody hurt thankfully, but rear lights and pride took a hit...So today it's a visit to the local garage to assess the damage....£££££££££'s

Going to put my head in the oven now.....
Bugger! it's an electric oven.....
