AAhhhhh i see why the spending limits, it's related to gambling, the higher the lottery pot becomes the more tempted people become in spending more and more money on tickets.

I do the lottery, I live in hope. Got to be in it to win it I suppose.

I'd rather they spread the winnings more evenly, instead of one person winning 68 million make it 68 millionaires!
