Re: Amusing Inventions.

This child walker was invented in Switzerland in 1939.

No wonder the child is crying, having to walk the plank at that age.

Your lie detector could be a 'bad' breathaliser.
That paper on the Dentaphone, says for the 'deaf and dumb' a big no no, nowadays. I wonder who first tried it and said 'yes, I can hear' !!
That poor child, she looks like she is on a lead too! The mother must have looked daft, taking little steps

Don't worry if all your teeth are gone, you can still have beautiful gums.

These two Ladies are wearing 'Snow Glasses' invented in Canada in 1939. Should have went to Specsavers.

Some of you Ladies may want to get your hands on one of these masks for the festive season. It's for curing hangovers in a hurry, the Hollywood actors were strapped in and the mask filled with ice cubes to get them ready for the next scene, Max factor had a hand in it back in 1947. I believe they had to use a tent filled with ice cubes for Errol Flynn.

Is this is Agatha Christie measuring her dog for a new jacket?
I honestly don't know what this devise is for and I have no information on it, anyone know?

A dog catcher? But whatever Agatha is doing, he looks like he is enjoying it.

It's a very effective lie detector machine, no print out is needed, the operator simply says "If you don't tell me the truth I turn on the gas."
I think that's the man who replaced the Nit-Nurse!
