When I have a bad few days I am on Nozinan.

This is a palliative care medicine, very powerful., normally used in terminal care.

It is very effective in dealing with the type of severe pain I have.

The reason I have sorted everything is that both mine are abroad and Guy is ill.

I want no stress for him at all.

A house clearance is not the way to go.

I have some quality stuff, better the kids have the money.

I am relaxed about it.
Yeah but you know the old saying, ‘A creaking gate goes on forever’.... so you might be in with a chance!

Hi

I have no intention of creaking Art.

I have a target, I will be across to see Guy in Taiwan before Christmas and combine it with stop offs in Myanmar, Cambodia and the Philippines.

The time to think about this is when you are feeling fine. It's too late when you are too sick to sort anything out. I never used to think about it but others' experiences have made me more focused.

It's just that Ms d00d & I own our house and nothing more (much). We have no Will because, which ever one of us goes first, the survivor will automatically own the house, and can then decide what happens to it. If we both go together (like a plane crash!) we don't care what happens to it.

WHAT? How can you possibly aspire to do that when you're on

palliative care medication?

I'm sure you won't have any travel insurance .............and

will most likely be breaking all the rules whilst on that heavy

duty medication!

You must have gone down pretty fast Swimmy - so sorry for

you!

.............Still.............enjoy your trip!

So despite the cancers, you're getting out and enjoying life?

Well done you!!

Hi

Yes I have.

I have a life threatening condition due to blast damage to my skull 30 years ago.

I am now completely blind in my right eye and have holes in my ear to let the pressure out from an infection in my skull.

I am on so much medication that I am irrational from time to time.

I cannot have an MRI Scan to determine exactly where the problem is, as I have too much metal shrapnel, so reliant on CT Scans.

I will not be beaten, that is not me.

A difficult time for sure, but I will win.

I have a great zest for life and I am determined to have many years left.

Good on you swimfeeders, I admire your absolute determination which must go a long way to help you deal with your situation. Long may you continue living your life so positively.
