Good morning Thursday

Good morning from ‘out in the rural sticks’ to you all!

Very cold here, it’s forecast to be mainly dry with sunny spells. Maximum temperature 18ºC. It is definitely autumnal now, which I find more pleasant than that scorching heat.

Various mundane tasks to complete and then the rest of the day is mine to do what I please. Maybe some gardening and there are house gutters to clean out, always something to do.

Off to an appointment at the Hospital now for Low Platelets, will write again later.

I have an appointment at my GP surgery this morning - not sure if I dare venture out after yesterdays debacle! Good job no-one wanted to check my BP - the Sphygmomanometer thingy would have exploded.

Then I really must see what my new toy (vacuum sealer) can do - daren't even unbox it yesterday.

Good morning everybody.

Later today I'm at my aqua circuits class - it's really energetic & involves jogging round the deep end of the pool with two rubber weights in our hands.

Shopping & housework to follow if I've got the energy.

Good morning every one got ironing to do today, going to make soup and bread for later never feel like much after ironing and hubby is not his best, he’s got terrible pain in his mouth. It’s his MS nothing they can do so soup is easy for him. You all have a good day.

Good morning all, chilly start here too but nice and sunny with it....

Mum is visiting for lunch today, but just for a change we are treating her to a sit down fish and chips at a new restaurant that's recently opened nearby, she will love that...

Good morning all a bright start to the day but still on the chilly side.

Going to the Garden Centre shortly, I need some bags of compost, also to have a look at their winter pansies.
