Addressing a woman I hadn't seen for years and didn't know very well by the first name of her husband's ex was pretty much the worst! I put my hand over my mouth in shock and everyone laughed because it was such a gaffe. I was so embarrassed.

I disgraced myself yesterday at work, I was walking through the office and a little trump popped out unexpectedly, it wasn't loud but I was mortified, no one said anything so I m not sure if anyone heard as I made a hasty retreat but if I heard it I bet someone else did! I m not joking either.

I was always forgetting dates/appointments etc but now I set a reminder on the calendar of my phone.

It's great - on the morning of the day I want to remember it makes a sound & a reminder message pops up.

I've done lots of things to disgrace myself including falling asleep when I shouldn't - strutting my stuff on the dance floor with skirt tucked in knickers - phone going off in church at a funeral - forgetting birthdays...

Ah well - you don't have to worry.
