I can't say I miss how things used to be, but I do miss not being younger - say 40 years younger. I wouldn't want to go back to my childhood days, even though I have fond memories of some of the time. IMO if you are fortunate, life is much better these days for most ages. I struggle with some of the reasoning behind some things people do these days, but generally I can still keep up, although I admit a lot of the technical stuff leaves me standing. Do people really change that much from generation to generation. We still want similar things (although now we have moved along a bit and become more demanding and sophisticated in what we want or need). I tend to think that many of the problems that beset folks years ago still remain to worry us today.Re: Do You Ever Miss ‘How it Used To Be’?
