You needn’t have bothered as all you’ve done is make yourself look foolish.

As usual you don’t really know and have to rely on google. The dictionary definition does not accurately define what is written into English and Scottish law

Treason is still a crime that is taken seriously and as far as the UK is concerned the law pertaining to treason is concerning disloyalty to or aiding enemies of the Crown which is why nobody has been arrested

It could be argued that the crown is the state, and that the
state is effectively the people, who are represented by the
the largest portion of society as decided by the last general
election?
Therefore anyone who sabotages or tries to subvert the will
of the said people is guilty of treason??

Under the law of the*United Kingdom,*high treason*is the crime of disloyalty to*the Crown. Offences constituting high treason include plotting the murder of the sovereign; committing adultery with the sovereign's*consort, with the sovereign's eldest unmarried daughter, or with the wife of the heir to the throne; levying war against the sovereign and adhering to the sovereign's enemies, giving them aid or comfort; and attempting to undermine the lawfully established*line of succession. Several other crimes have historically been categorised as high treason, including*counterfeiting*money and being a Catholic priest.

So you can betray the pm any way you like?

You can argue that, but you would fail.
Crown
This is another way of referring to the monarchy - which is the oldest part of the system of government in this country. Time has reduced the power of the monarchy, and today it is broadly ceremonial. The current UK monarch is Queen Elizabeth II.

If you would be right and the crown equals the majority of people, the people by your reasoning would be ceremonial. So no cigar!

EU should let UK leave, they are confident it will make no difference to other member states. Maybe there is not as much strength in the EU as they would wish.

You have to earn it first. So get rid of the idea the people are sovereign. Parliament is sovereign, and people vote and thus assemble the HoC.
