The Black Knight

Stories say it's up there in the blackness right now, just outside the Earth's glow. It tumbles slowly and deliberately through the darkness, sweeping smoothly along its unrelenting orbit. The Earth spins below, largely unaware of its unauthorized parasitic visitor. It is the Black Knight satellite, a mysterious object cirling the Earth, of unknown (and possibly alien) origin — the story says it's up there right now, and has been for 13,000 years..

What and where do you think this UFO has originated from?

Re: The Black Knight

Have never heard of it before, Aysa. Looks very strange. Have the scientists/space explorers actually encountered it? If not - how do they know how old it is?

Am off to do some research!

Intriguing subject Aysa I'm going to have to check the Black Knight out. I've got an open mind regarding UFO's.

New Horizon's hurtling by Pluto at the mo', here's hoping for some interesting data and shots from the flyby...

Hi Steven
yes it will be great to see some of the stuff it gathers,
About the Black Knight I have an open mind myself and believe it to be an ancient probe of some sort but from where it originated from who knows, apparently we didnt launch it into space..its interesting in the fact that it has been intermittently sending out a signal,Im off to read more on it

I know how easy it is for 'stories' to develop. My husband was in the army and a specialist in his field, he was seconded to 'a certain place' where all kinds of information was gathered and new inventions trialled.

One of the 'inventions' was mentioned on TV and my husband was then able to tell me that it had been something he had been involved in developing and testing some years previous which had at the time given rise to all sorts of strange 'stories' and rumours .

Its really odd isnt it ST surely if it was just space junk it wouldnt be emitting a signal and an ordered signal at that.
I just wish that Nasa or whichever government department knows any thing about the Black Knight would come forward and just reveal what they know so it could put an end to speculation for good!
