Good morning everybody. Roxy what a lovely thing to see last night. Sometimes we can see the stars really clear down here at night. May the wee legs have stopped wobbling. Some housework and shopping for me today.

A very late good morning Lassies...Fab' picture of the sky last night Roxy,but I didn't see it as when it's dark My blinds/curtains are pulled shut.

Morning All Not bad here today, weatherwise. I've done something to the small of my back and it hurts like mad. I didn't go to the training pool this morning as I knew full well I'd not have been able to climb out again. The Health Suite opens later so I'm off there shortly as I want to sit in the biggest Jacuzzi and let the bubbles wollop into my back as the jets are really hard and fast in that one, then a few laps of the leisure pool as I can get out of that one easy enough..Enjoy your day everyone..

Good Morning Each,a fine chilly dry one here but I'm trying to get motivated to go out to buy/post some Birthday cards..why oh why are most of My Families Birthdays in Nov'...a strong cuppa coffee first Methinks.

Morning All And so it starts The hills are covered with snow and it's due to cover us today.. It's gale force winds and they are freezing... How I hate winter.
Apart from that, my time at the Health Suite yesterday has helped a lot and the back is feeling a good bit better this morning....phew.

Good evening everybody. Cold and windy here today, plus I got soaked on the way to the station. Had my hair done and then into town for a look round the shops. Bought a present for my nephew who is home on holiday from Australia will meet up with him tomorrow.

One of my sisters lives in Aus, when she was here last summer for a few weeks all she did was grumble about how cold it was. She wore a big thick Aran cardigan all the time while I sweated in cut off jeans and a vest top. I told her she'd got soft and she should come home and toughen up again If looks could kill, I'd have dropped where I stood..

Aye We have to be tough nuts here in the frozen North Roxy to survive the winters,but I'm guessing You up there are tuffer than Us Lowlanders
