Would You Believe It?

Newsnight showed a survey last night saying 54% of Conservative voters say the death penalty should be introduced for certain crimes, but ONLY 9% of Labour voters thought similar.

9% seems far too low to me. What do you think? Is it?

I would think that is too low but you have to take into account the BBC's left bias.

All that was said was: the pubic was 36% to 49% - depending on how the question was put.

I don't think the survey had anything to do with the BBC - biased or not.
