Which is what many of us have been saying all along. It's good to be proved correct.

As I have said before (no doubt ad nauseam), if we were to just say that we're leaving full stop, and mean it, the EU dictators would be coming to us making all sorts of concessions to save their skins.

Too late now, I'm afraid, thanks to Treason May.

This is a petition against another referendum. It reached the 100,000 to allow it to be raised in Parliament .

This is the map that showed the majority of votes against a second ref.

Very interesting.

Look which region stands out like a sore thumb. London!

Who'd have thought it?

Might as well face it, if May gets her way UK will stay in EU. It was always going to be so. The moment it was claimed that the referendum was only ever 'advisory' after the clearly unexpected result, the scheming began.

Who is Stephen Barclay? New Brexit Secretary, but PM will now negotiate with EU.

A bit of a pointless appointment as he will have no say in any further negotiations (if any), he's just there (apparently) to "focus on domestic preparations for Brexit".

The BBC `understands` - in other words just a bit of unsubstantiated gossip, that Andrea Leadsom is trying to get Appeaser May to change some aspects of the draft document, primarily about the NI/Irish border. That should go down well in Brussels.

Brussels does not expect anything else. Your parliament can amend the text of this concept agreement. So can the european parliament. Only after everybody is happy about the text it will be signed of. Somewhere about february. Until that time negotiation will continue.

Concept = draft

With Gove backing her and Rudd back in there is no way that she is vulnerable to anything fired at her.

But Merkel has already said that the draught agreement can't be changed as it would take too long to formulate another deal.
