Another attempt by the bully boys of the EU to stop us leaving and another reason why we should.

Hi

What the ECJ decide is totally irrelevant , it is down to our Parliament.

Seems some are so determined to thwart our democratic decision they will try anything. Whether it's legal or not it's indicative of how some don't take losing very well and don't understand democracy.

None of you seem to have appreciated, that until 29th March 2019, we are still 'in' the EU, and therefore bound by any decisions made by the ECJ until then. If they determine that the way we chose to exit was illegal, then we are 'bound' by that decision.

Then we just simply leave UJ nothing can actually keep us in if the will is there.

Dear God they must be desperate to keep us in then......I wonder how they intend to make us pay our membership fees each year, after March
It is amazing that, so many who wanted to remain, still cannot see just how desperate the EU are to control all the countries they now have.... and will do all they can to not lose anymore.

Re: The irony of all ironies???

The EU is a dead horse which some are resolved to keep flogging. Whether we stay in or leave, the EU is doomed. The model is a failure.

We are better off out, taking back control of our own affairs.

If our government refuses to deliver the mandate of the people, to leave the EU, then that government must be removed.

The people of this country are being effectively taken into war whether they like it or not. Our freedoms and long standing constitutional rights are being ignored and abolished. Democracy is the foundation of this country's political system and traditions. We simply can not allow a bunch of EU stooge politicians to abolish our democratic process in favour of the EU's totalitarian ambitions.

We are all going to have to stand up and be counted and fight for our rights.

That is not the issue here. The question is: can you yourself stop your leaving the EU. In the unlikely case your government decides to stay in the EU, can they stop the EU kicking you out?
You may have mised this, but up until now nobody (!) in the EU has asked you to stay. On the contrary, the ECJ now has to decide how we can kick you out, should you decide to revoke article 50.

I wish they would kick us out would stop all this constant bickering and how we get out matters very little to me as long as we are properly out.
